You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to submit your request using the following form: https://thebasiclook.myshopify.com/apps/return_prime

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Once your request is approved, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Important Notes:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• A 75 EGP handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Boxers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
