To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Once your request is approved, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Important Notes:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are limited to color or size variations of the same product. Exchanges for other products are not permitted.
A 75 EGP handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount or charged in case of exchange.
Boxers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
